Morgan

Morgan began practicing hot yoga in college as a means of exercise and quickly became hooked on the physical practice. Going to class became a necessity as it was not only a beneficial form of exercise, but a way to calm a busy mind after a stressful day.  

As Morgan’s love for yoga grew, she found herself wanting to deepen her personal practice both on and off the mat. This realization was the spark that ignited the beginning omorganf her journey.

Morgan studied with renowned teacher Marianne Well’s teacher training in Costa Rica. Yoga has taught her to observe instead of react, to become more
present, and to be grateful for all that is.  She strives to share
everything she has learned in her classes and believes that everyone
deserves to feel beautiful inside and out, on the mat and off.
