Moderate Flow

Our flow style classes maintain awareness and focus on the breath while moving through a series of postures.  Yoga philosophy is combined with the physical practice in order to fully experience your practice. The physical sequence may be different from class to class, but always follows an intelligent progression that moves from basic to complex. This style of yoga builds heat, flexibility and strength, while maintaining focus on good alignment and sound structure. Postures may be held for longer periods of time, and will flow together to unite the body to the breath and mind. Modifications and variations will be offered to ensure posture safety. Classes range from beginner to advanced.

Our teachers draw upon many different yoga linages to provide you with a complete and personal yoga experience.  A common denominator in all of our yoga classes is the incorporation and importance of breath, meditation, alignment and mindful awareness.  Our Yoga Community is welcoming, nurturing and consists of students practicing at all different levels.  The yogis physical practice is just a part of what we offer during our teachings.  With all of our classes at The Studio we ask you to practice both the Yamas (social abstentions) and Niyamas (personal observances) as we come together to share a safe and supportive space.  ~ Namaste ~

Gentle Flow

Gentle yoga is a class structured around rejuvenating and healing the body. It is recuperative yoga class designed to gently stretch and open the body through restorative, yin and modified yoga poses using props such as bolsters and blankets for support allowing for deep and therapeutic relaxation. This class will provide a supportive environment for you to relax and open your body and mind, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. Gentle yoga is suitable for all levels of students looking for a slower paced class.

Iron Yoga

Iron Yoga is designed to rev up your metabolism and stimulate lean muscle mass for maximum fat-burning and body sculpting results.

Yoga Basics

The focus of our Yoga Basics class is to encourage centering and receptiveness that lays the groundwork for openness both physically and mentally. Yoga Basics provides a safe and supportive environment to explore the foundation of practicing yoga while building strength and skill. You will learn the basics of sun salutations, yoga postures and the importance of connecting with the breath. Although this class is geared toward beginners whith little or no prior yoga experience those with experience can benefit from revisiting essential alignment, flow and breath-work principles. This class is not affiliated with any one style of yoga as it provides students with the building blocks to comfortably access any styles of practice. It is recommended (though not required) that students new to yoga attend this class before a moderate flow class. This class will also provide students with basic fundamentals of yoga such as Ujjayi breathing, use of the bandhas (core locks), and drishti (gazing point). History of the practice and potential benefits will be briefly introduced. Beginning postures will be taught at a slow pace so that students can learn proper alignment.  This intro class is suitable for students who have never taken a yoga class or for those wanting to deepen their understanding of yoga.

Our combination classes are available for a complete workout and are great for new riders.  We offer Spinning® and Strength, Spinning® and Pilates and Zen Spinning®.  These combination classes combine a ½ hour ride with conditioning, Pilates or Yoga.


Another one of our signature classes only offered at The Studio.  Our Spinning & Strength class begins with a 30 minute ride followed by 30 minutes of strength and core.  This class gives you the best of both cardio and strength all in one hour.

Developed and exclusively offered at The Studio; Pilates with Props will help you transform the way your body looks, feels and performs. Each class is designed to help you create longer and leaner muscle tone by strengthening your core, challenging your muscles and improving your posture, balance and flexibility.  Elements from some of your favorite training modalities including: Pilates, Strength, Barre and Yoga will be incorporated in conjunction with the use of kettlebells, dumbbells, stability balls, resistance bands, weighted balls, Pilates rings, body bars, Bosu balance balls, etc. Join us for a one of a kind class.


Ballet barre exercises are fused with Pilates and Yoga and may include interval rounds of cardio, conditioning and strength training.  A full body class aimed for lengthening and strengthening.






Our hour-long classes are a mix of strength and balance training as well as cardiovascular conditioning.  Running drills, relay races, and games are regular parts of the workouts.   We strive to tailor our workouts to the beginner as well as the more advanced client.  No one will be left behind or be asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely.  We welcome people of all ages and abilities.


It’s not a dance class. You don’t need ballet experience. By combining aspects of yoga, Pilates, Barre fitness and classic strength training.  BarreFlow incorporates strength, endurance, and flexibility into one invigorating workout.  BarreFlow will help you achieve a balanced body and quiet mind in only 45 minutes.
